Title: Equal Immigration

Preamble:

WHEREAS equality of treatment is a right that ought to be recognized, respected, and protected;

WHEREAS the United State should not discriminate against the citizens of another nation;

and WHEREAS the United States ought to adopt the right of movement as described under the UN declaration of rights.

Therefore:

Section 1: The immigration from any country will be handled in accordance with AAB-02-001.

Section 2: Repeals any law that prohibits residents of a country from being allowed entry into the United States.

A. No nation can be selected to prevent the movement of citizens unless a state of emergency is declared by Congress in regards to pandemics or similar disease related emergencies.

B. This pandemic state of emergency would need to be renewed every six months.
