AAB-09-003:

*Any cruiseliner that needs to use US ports and have US citizens as customers must be flagged in with the American flag which guarantees the passengers protection under US law when out on international waters.

-Any cruiseliner that refuses to be under US law will be denied access to US ports.

-A cruiseliner may belong to a foreign business and be manufactured abroad but when used by American customers must be flagged in under the American flag.

*This bill will be used for any vessel that uses an American port for transportation of American citizens.

AAB-09-004 is a bill that addresses the issue with externalities created by businesses such as waste.

AAB-09-004:

*Businesses will be mandated to directly pay for the cleanup of the externalities their business creates.

-A factory that produces air pollution must pay for services that clean the air equal to the amount of waste created by the business.

-A factory that produces land or water pollution must pay for the services that clean the land and water equal to the amount of waste produced by the business.

* A business does not have to pay for the clean up of pollution when it is their customers that pollute with the business's product.

-Civilians are already outlawed from polluting.

*Regulations on sound and lighting externalities are to be determined by state and local government.

*Congress shall have power to enforce this bill with appropriate legislation.

AAB-09-001 is a bill to standardize the debt market in order to protect debtors from debt buyers who use debt in a threatening way.

AAB-09-001:

*A new license will be made and required in order to buy and/or collect debt.

*When a creditor chooses to sell debt to a debt buyer then a meeting must be held which includes the creditor, debtor, and debt buyer so that all members of the transaction are aware of the transaction.

* When a debt buyer purchases debt, the debt will not default to its original amount but instead will only include the current amount owed by the debtor.

*Debt buyers will not be allowed to sue debtors for seven years after the purchasing of the debt from the original creditors and the trial of the lawsuits will not favor any side if only one side shows up to court. No winning by default.

*Debt will be organized on a proper database that the GOA will maintain and only provide to businesses that have the license to buy debt and those who are in debt.
