AAB-11-003 is a bill that will create a wall of separation between business and state. Not a wall that prevents the Government from regulating businesses but a wall that prevents the government from benefiting businesses.

AAB-11-003:

*Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of business by subsidizing them or giving them privileges such as tax breaks or tax deductions or tax exemptions, or through bailouts or any form of direct and indirect payments, nor by unfairly regulating the competition of corporations by creating delays or quotas to startups or by giving a corporation unique privileges that other businesses in the same industry do not legally have.

*Congress will maintain its power to regulate the market to ensure safety and health along with wages and human and labor rights.

*This bill will also include 501 C companies of all kinds including religious establishments.
