Increasing the Number of Justices in the Supreme Court
Preamble:
WHEREAS our Supreme Court has been overwhelmed with the number of cases it needs to look over and rule on. By increasing the number of justices we are giving the Supreme Court more support in dealing with cases.
Therefore:
Section 1: Increase the number of Supreme Court Justices to 13
Section 2: Only Require 9 Justices to hear and rule on a case
A. Cases will be heard by either 9, 11, or 13 Justices
B. If ten justices want to hear a case either one needs to step away from the case or they need to convince one of the other three justices to hear the case to make sure that only an odd number of justices hear the case.
