Aquaculture is a new farming technique that has already proven its usefulness in cultivating large sums of food in a short period of time without being a harm to the fish or crustacean population. This technique has the potential of ending coral reef devastation from over fishing along with decreasing the amount of CO2 we put into the atmosphere. Therefore: Section 1: Add restrictions to fishing that is not from an aquaculture farm as seen below. Section 2: Invest in startup aquaculture farms to get the industry rolling and have them located in deep waters near the shore that is also not close to a vulnerable coral reef. - New Pledge of AllegianceIn AAC-24: Constitution·February 19, 2025Proposed Pledge of Allegiance with explanation. Written by Mark Shubert I pledge allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America, and to the Republic ordained by the people, I give my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor, to One Union, perpetually indivisible, with prosperity, security, and liberty to all. I switched the "flag" to the "Constitution." "ordained by the people" is a reference to the Constitution."I give my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor" is a reference to the Declaration of Independence. "One Union, perpetually indivisible" is a reference to the Articles of Confederation, the first constitution. "prosperity, security, and liberty" is a reference to John Adams' 1776 essay "Thoughts on Government" where he lays out a plan with justification for a trilateral government and a bicameral legislature.100
- AAB-09-003: Commercial Port UsageIn AAC-09: CommerceJanuary 22, 2020My concern with this is that the majority of cruise liners are based in Bermuda and other Caribbean islands because of labor laws and taxes within American shipping laws. America has only 1 cruise line that is american flagged and it is the most expensive because of the amount of taxes and labor for an American manned ship. Look up the Jones Act and its effects. A suggestion would be to drop the cruise line regulations and expand the Jones Act to encourage American industry and trade.10

- AAB-05-001: Maximizing Total Tax Revenue Tax PlanIn AAC-05: Budget & Taxes·January 3, 2020Original Status AAB- “Committee Number”- “Bill Number”: In the Amending Congress Date: Authors: Sponsors: Title: Preamble: In the WHEREAS clauses, describe individual reasons why this bill should pass. End the WHEREAS clauses with “, and” so that it runs as one long sentence until the last WHEREAS clause. Therefore: Section #: Section #: Section # AAB-05-001 bill also known as the MTTR Tax Plan will change the current use of taxes from a political use to a pragmatic one. The foundation of this tax bill is the Laffer Curve as shown in item 05-001-1. AAB-05-001: *All taxes in all sectors of the government's revenue stream will be decreased by 10%. -This includes taxes on types of savings, incomes, expenditures, and inheritances. -The 10% decrease is of the current tax, i.e. if there is a 30% tax on every dollar, which is 30 cents, then the 10% tax decrease will decrease that 30 cent tax to 27 cents or 27% because 10% of 30 cents is 3 cents. *After one year under this new tax plan, the finance committee will look at the streams of revenue and see which of them decreased total revenue and which increased total revenue. -For the streams that decreased in total revenue, the tax rate will be increased by 10% of the starting tax rate. In the example above that would mean that the 30 cent tax on the dollar will increase to 33 cents on the dollar. -For the streams that increased in total revenue, the tax rate will drop another 10% of the new tax. In the example above this means that the 27 cent tax on the dollar will decrease to 24 cents on the dollar or 10% from the 27 cents, rounded up. *Income tax will have the tax brackets change by 10% not the rate of the tax. * This process will occur until total taxes reach its maximized tax revenue point.
